Placing an Order
To place an order on our website, please use our secure on-line shopping cart and enter your payment information on the secure PayPal servers. This is more secure for you since Wedding Favors Connection never has access to your credit card or bank account information.
If you have questions regarding any of our products, you can 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, and we will answer all your questions in a timely manner.
You will receive Order Confirmation emails from us and from PayPal within 24 hours of your checkout at PayPal and usually immediately. If you do not receive these emails, please contact us and let us know.
We pride ourselves in carrying high quality items and we hope that you will be pleased with your order. However, rest assured that you may return anything except personalized or edible items for any reason or for no reason. We want you to be 100% satisfied with the wedding favors for your most special day or we will happily refund your money!
If there is a manufacturing defect on a personalized item, we will replace your order for you. We are not responsible for misspelled personalization. Please check your shopping cart for accuracy before submitting your order. Cameras are assembled when you order so that film and batteries are always fresh, and are considered a personalized item. Please order a few extra breakable personalized items since these can only be refunded, not replaced.
If you need to return something, please send an email to within 7 days of receiving your order for a return authorization number. We will accept requests for returns within 7 days as long as the items are unused and in the original packaging. Returnable items must be received by us within 30 days from the date your order was delivered to you.
Shipping costs of the original order and the shipping costs of the return are the responsibility of the customer. If you are not sure about an item, please order a sample.
Methods of Payment
We accept all major credit cards and checking accounts through PayPal.
Wedding Favors Connection uses UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail for most shipping within the United States. At this time, we cannot ship outside the U.S.

Shipping on Wedding Photo Throws & Blankets is charged individually ($8.95 each).
Heavy items and items shipping outside the Continental USA may require additional shipping fees.
Most orders ship within 3 to 5 business days from when your order was placed. Product descriptions for personalized items may provide a longer shipping estimate time. Some of our suppliers ship directly to you so you may receive your order in multiple shipments. If you require a rush order, please choose the rush shipping option.
Personalized Tags will ship separately from the rest of your order.
No Minimum Order Requirement
Wedding Favors Connection has no minimum order requirement. Feel free to order a sample -- and don't forget to ask us for ideas. We can help you come up with the perfect idea for your particular wedding!
Personalized items do have minimum order requirements, and the amount is stated on each product page.
Sales tax will only be added to orders that are shipped within the state of Texas. All other states are tax-exempt.
